What is the Economic Alliance?

Alliance 2005 was established as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. The goal of this organizational structure was to create an effective partnership in Okanogan County between private enterprise, county, tribal and local governments to implement the strategies laid out in the new five-year plan. In February 2003 the name was changed again to the Economic Alliance.

The Economic Alliance promotes economic development in the region through planning, research, small business advising and development. The Economic Alliance serves Okanogan County located in North Central Washington.

The Economic Alliance’s mission is to facilitate partnerships with private, government, and tribal entities that will create an environment to nurture, support and recruit businesses and industry in Okanogan County.
